Single way flow polishing machine
The single way automatic circulating flow polishing machine is a new type of flow polishing machine for irregular workpiece, such as plastic mould, hot runner, long pipe and bend pipe, which makes the abrasive material consistent with the direction of flow in hot runner Internal Cavity. Flow polish machine is controlled by PLC computer to achieve automatic, economical and high efficiency polishing, which grinding marks are consistent with fluid pass direction .
So it has the Characteristic of same direction process , which is most suitable for the complex shape of concave convex surface,blend internal surface passages, porous long intersection holes.and so on.
For polishing and deburring of hot runner inner wall , such as engine, heat runner, Turbine, etc., It can greatly reduce the polishing process of workforce and is easy to operate, thus improving the efficiency of the polishing production of the customers.
